The Landmark was planning to invest considerable sums in the refurbishment of their Winter Garden restaurant and wanted to gauge customer reaction to the proposed design changes. We ran an online survey, as well as 6 focus groups with regular, lapsed and non users, to provide The Landmark with the evidence they needed to make critical design decisions for the future success of the hotel.
