Ping Pong wanted to understand consumer reaction to a number of new brand ideas. Through a combination of customer focus groups, comment cards and a web survey, we brought clarity of consumer feedback to these ideas so that the client could decide what to launch and what to hold back on.

The results enabled the successful development and implementation of Ping Pong’s ‘Parcel Pick Up’ takeaway concept.
