Corney & Barrow called on Elliott Marketing & PR to conduct consumer research and review kitchen practices with a view to making recommendations for future menu developments. The findings provided practical recommendations on how to develop future menus, and helped them to hone their offering.
Results
The findings have had impacted on staff training, from how rotas are organised to decreasing waste and increasing margins.
