City University London

City University London called on us to develop a new café concept that provided a unique offering, whilst appealing to a broad range of customer profiles.  We worked closely with the university to develop the concept, from brand values and the food and drink offering right through to the pricing strategies. Using ethically sourced, fair trade and local produce, the Java Café Bar drove food and coffee sales, whilst reducing costs and the carbon footprint.
